The Fish Refuge is a altitude of 1168 meters in the municipal term of Covaleda Soria. It is also a natural point of passage on local routes such as Route of the Puentes del Duero or the path by Valley of the Paul . The proximity of reliefs as Andadera stone (1489 m) and Monte Peña Rubia (1433 m) allows the shelter to be used as a basis to guide the ascension of half-mountain, facilitating the reading of the land in an area where the network of tracks and trails is dense.
