Mountain refuge Refuge le Cormet

The feeling here is that of an exposed and functional mountain pass, more thought to continue route than to stop for a long time. Refuge le Cormet , in the surroundings of Granier and Aime-la-Plagne, it fits well in that logic of free refuge linked to mountain transit, within a high strip where the terrain and weather can change quickly. Its 2140 meters place it in a clearly alpine context, with a reading of the map very linked to hills, side changes and liaison days.

Their practical interest is mainly in the network of itineraries that pass or connect close.
